This warranty is valid for a period of 6 or 12 months from the date of installation. Please refer to your package number to determine your warranty coverage.
GlowDash Limited guarantees that the installation of the product is carried out to the highest professional standards.
This warranty covers:
The workmanship of the installation
The replacement of any faulty components within the ambient lighting kit itself.
During the period, GlowDash Limited will repair or replace faulty products or services at no additional cost, provided the issue is covered under the terms of this warranty.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or modifications by the customer or any third-party service.
Normal wear and tear of the product.
Faults resulting from attempts to repair or tamper with the product by anyone other than GlowDash Limited.
Damage to the product or vehicle not due to the installation of the product itself.
Repair or Replacement Policy
GlowDash Limited will, at its discretion, will offer (1) repair or replacement of any faulty parts or services under warranty.
The customer may be liable for a call-out fee if the repair or replacement is requested to be done at a different location than the original installation site.
If the issue is found to be caused by customer damage or any reason outside the scope of this warranty, the customer will bear the cost of the repair, including parts and labour.
Customer Responsibilities
To keep this warranty valid, customers must adhere to the following conditions:
GlowDash Limited must be the first point of contact for any issues related to the product or installation.
Customers must not attempt to fix the problem themselves or seek repairs from any third-party garages or service providers.
Failure to comply with these responsibilities may void the warranty.
How to Make a Claim
If you experience any issues with your product or installation within the warranty period, please follow these steps:

GlowDash Limited will respond to your claim as promptly as possible and assess the situation.
Once the problem is confirmed and determined to be covered under this warranty, the following options are available:
If the installation was completed at our facility, the customer must bring the vehicle back to us for repairs.
If the customer requests us to perform repairs or replacements at their house, They will be responsible for a call-out fee. The fee will vary depending on the distance from our facility.
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the product installation. It is valid for installations completed by Twoshades Limited within the UK.
